Hey I missed a few days!
My thesis adviser pointed out how much he hates it when people pause for a panel. “It’s like everyone saw Chester Brown do this thing and they didn’t understand why, so they just copied it. It’s one of my least favorite things about alternative comics.” Not an exact quote, but along those lines. I gotta agree with him, it’s really lazy and 99% of the time uncalled for. Lesson learned.
